Technological cooperation
The promotion of industrial R&D cooperation between France and Israel. Since October 2000, a new structure has been implemented. It is supported by the agreement between OSEO-ANVAR (the French Agency for Innovation) in France, and OCS-MATIMOP (Office of the Chief Scientist) in Israel with the cooperation of the France-Israel Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

The promotion of partnerships between academic and industrial researchers between our two countries. This program has been inititated by ARIEL (Association for Research with Industrial and Educational Links), an offshoot of the “Conférence des Grandes Ecoles”. ARIEL offers to innovative companies of France and Israel the opportunity to launch technological partnerships by connecting at the same time the best industrial and academic labs (Pasteur, Weizmann, CNRS, Technion, TAU …)

The twinning of technological incubators: the scientific service is launching the basis of a new cooperation program between French and Israeli technological incubators. The first projects will aim at biotechnology, an expertise field for both countries.
